Glenn Woodward is an Accredited Building Designer and a member of the Building Designers Association of NSW.
Glenn Woodward & Associates Pty Ltd commenced practice in 1987 to provide services in the fields of custom designed new homes and additions - particularly to the northern beaches area of Sydney.
Our scope of work has been by no means limited to that area. We have sucessfully completed projects as far afield as the Shellharbour City Council area in the south and Lismore Council in the north.

Alterations and additions to residential buildings
Multi-unit housing - incorporating dual occupancies, small unit developments and townhouses.
We have more recently been utilising state of the art computer technology to provide 3D computer generated montages, visualisations and flyaround movies.
You can now see what your new home or addition will look like in 3D before it is even submitted to Council.
This service is available to both my private clients and other design professionals who would like to use these techniques to demonstrate their design to clients or Councils.
